THE MAX Challenge is a 10-week body transformation system designed to make fast and lasting changes to your appearance and overall well-being. We do this by combining nutritional counseling, fitness classes and motivation. Being part of THE MAX is like having a personal trainer, nutritional counselor and success coach.
FITNESS – Our fitness program incorporates cardio training and strength training so that you can burn fat and increase strength at the same time. Our classes are designed for people of all fitness levels. Our instructors are trained on how to break an exercise down and provide modifications so that everyone is challenged and working to their own highest potential.
NUTRITION- Our nutritional plan is based around three keys to nutritional success: The right foods, the right portions and the right timing. We will coach you how to measure serving sizes and determine the types of foods that are most beneficial to your health. All of the foods you eat on our program can be found in your local supermarket and you will be shocked at how adjusting your diet can improve your mood and energy throughout the day!
MOTIVATION-Most people realize that to make a significant change in their appearance they will need to change their fitness and nutritional habits, but what is most powerful about THE MAX Challenge is that we address how to motivate yourself and surround yourself with the right influences so that you can follow through with your goals. Our classes are set in a welcoming, family environment. We provide an amazing support system and everyone in the class is working toward a common goal.
RESULTS – We have had thousands of people participate and the results have been amazing. People have made quick and lasting changes to their health and fitness that has led to amazing feedback.
